What is Fire Cleansing and Intuitive Guidance and how does it work?

Fire Cleansing is an energetic process that helps release blocks, old patterns, karmic imprints and stagnant energy from your system.
 During the session, I channel and direct the sacred energy of fire to you, allowing it to work on everything and all your body and Soul are ready to receive and clear.
Throughout this process and the session, I additionally receive intuitive insights and messages related to what is being released or transformed and  share them with you in form of Intuitive Guidance at the end of each session. The depth of these discussions and the additional guidance will depend on the type of session you have booked.

What issues can a Fire Cleansing and Guidance session help with?

Most of our emotional, mental, and underlying physical health challenges are of energetic origin. They stem from deep imprints from current and past experiences, past lives, ancestral and even collective energies that are stored in our field and in our body. These imprints can prevent us from freely expressing ourselves, fully accessing our power, and living our full potential. This can include:

> Emotional or energetic blocks
> Feeling stuck or resistant to life, certain projects, or certain change
> Physical Health Challenges
> Repetitive life patterns or limiting beliefs
> Stress, fear, or heaviness
> etc.

The fire works at the energetic root of these patterns, helping to release what’s stuck and restore balance, clarity, and flow. It helps bring your system back into harmony and supports a renewed focus.

What can I expect during my session?

Each session follows a clear structure. First, we will start with a grounding or centring practice and will then set our intention for the session based on what you would like to work on and clear. I will then open the space with a short opening prayer in which I invoke the fire and let it channel to you. Once the clearing and cleansing is complete, I will close the session with a short closing prayer to mark it complete. After, I will share any additional intuitive insights or messages I might have received as well as any practical next steps you might take from there.

How can I prepare for my session?

There is not much for you to prepare prior to a session. The most important is, to choose a quiet, comfortable space where you feel relaxed and won’t be disturbed. Turn off any distractions and, if possible, block a little bit of free time before and after the session to ground and reflect on what it is you would like to release and what was received. 
 A clear intention of what you would like this session to support prior to starting helps to make it most successful. During the session, your only task is to relax and stay open to receive the energy. The fire will do the rest and knows exactly where to go and what to do.

Where do we meet?

All sessions can either take place online or in person. There will be no difference in effectiveness since energy knows no time and space. If you book a session online, a Google Meet link for the specific time you choose will automatically be shared with you as soon as the booking is complete.
If you prefer an in-person session, simply message me prior to your request and we will see what is possible and can be arranged depending on your location.

How long does a session take?

Although there are specific slots you can book for your sessions - times and length of each session can vary and are depending on each person, the blocks and issues we are trying to move through and how the fire is received. It is important to know that a 'shorter' session does not mean it is less effective, it is simply the time the fire chooses to be as successful as possible. The fire knows exactly what it needs to do.

Can I book an in-person session?

Yes. In-person sessions are available on request. My main location is Leipzig, Germany – however I might be travelling or meet other clients elsewhere. So, if that is your interest, please message me prior to your booking so we can see what is possible.

How will I know it worked?

Accepted Answer

Energy healing works on deep - sometimes ancient, sometimes subtle - energetic layers that our human mind cannot always directly fathom, feel or see. It does not mean a block or challenge is always fully dissolved overnight (although it can mean that). Instead, the energy works gradual and helps your own system release what was previously holding you back.

Throughout the session you may feel warmth or a tingling in your body (gentle and comfortable). After the session, you may feel lighter, calmer, or more focused right away, or notice gradual shifts in the days or weeks coming. Others notice insights, changes in perspective, or more ease with situations that previously felt stuck.
 Whilst I offer the fire energy to you, it is your Soul or Highest Self that chooses how much of it to receive, what to burn, what to clear, and what to ignite - depending on your specific Soul’s path.

Most often success will show itself in resistance to that issue softening throughout the coming days or weeks, or the energy of that block revealing itself to you in practical ways, so you are able to release it. You will most likely feel more clarity and have 'aha' moments coming up. You might feel lighter and just more at ease in general or around this particular challenge and new viewpoints that previously seemed unavailable to you might open and help you to resolve it.

The process continues to unfold even after the session is complete.

What is the difference between Reiki and the Sacred Fire Energy Healing?

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that helps balance and restore your body and mind. The Sacred Fire works differently — as a higher, more transformative energy it focuses on specifically clearing what no longer serves you.
 Instead of simply calming or re-energizing your field, the fire moves straight to the root of old patterns, emotions, or blocks and helps release them so new energy and clarity can flow in. That means if somone is simply looking for more balance and harmony within, Reiki is a great choice. If one is looking to remove blocks, overcome certain challenges or problems and moving forward on their highest path, then the sacred Fire Energy is more fitting. Both Reiki and the Sacred Fire support healing and wellbeing — Reiki in a soft, nurturing way, and the fire in a deeper, more cleansing and activating way, both in your highest good.
